1£® Superiority:
a)
High Fire Resistance Rate
It¡¯s rated nonflammable Grade A of GB8624 due to its special
formulation structure. Fire resistance limit is above 2 hours
for a single 10mm panel
b) Excellent Moisture resistance
It doesn¡¯t get deformed when immersed in water. After getting
dry naturally. Products are applicable for kitchen, washroom,
swimming hall and other usually damp environment, and cost-effective
as compared with other special moisture resistant gypsum boards.
c) Environment and Heath Friendly
Made of natural timber and gypsum, without inputting hazardous
chemical additives.
d) Stable Performance and Long
Lifetime
It¡¯s a light material and can be subject to various surface
treatments. As a high strength and dimensional stable product,
its total lifetime is up to 50 years.
2£® Features:
a) Fire resistant and nonflammable £º
Tested by the National Inspection and Test Center for Fire Resistance
Systems and Parts, it remains complete and insulation after
3 hours of heating at 1200¡æ.
b) Light and Strong£º
The weight of a 10mm thick panel is 11.8Kg/M2. And is 40-45Kg/M2
after installed with light gauge steel structure. Vertical screw
holding ability is up to 25 Kg.
c) Good Thermal
Insulation£º
Its thermal conductivity is 0.28w(m2?K), which is equal to one-tenth
of concrete walls and four-tenth of clay bricks. Meanwhile,
it has a good reflective property to heat, It is shown in one
test that when it is heated at 800¡æ on one side, the temperature
on the other side is only 30¡æ.
d) Water Resistance
and Absorption£º
It is tested that it could be saturated in water for 7 days
without dissolution or being deformed. It will withhold it¡¯s
physical properties after drying naturally. Suitable for toilet,
bathroom, swimming hall and coastal environment,.etc. Meanwhile
it has the same performance values as other gypsum material.
e) Sound insulation and Absorption£º
It has an outstanding sound reflection and absorption performance.
Test shows that it could insulate sound level up to 54 dB, for
a single board of 124mm thickness.
f) Tensile Strength
and Impact Restance:
The wood fiber improves the toughness which results in a perfect
shock proof result.
g) Environment and Health Friendly
The board is made of wood fiber and natural gypsum without any
hazardous chemical additives.
h) Installation Friendly
It is suitable for installation whether with a single panel
or panel combinations. Much easier for compound walls. Standard
nailer, saw, driller, miller and adhesives may be used during
the installation. Another major advantage is being directly
applicable to various of surface treatments as paint spray and
veneer.
